Join Christian Dior Couture in Monterrey as an Assistant Boutique Manager. This role requires retail management experience in luxury fashion and offers career growth opportunities.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maximize sales and monitor daily sales performance and conversion rates.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and inspire the team to do the same.
  • Assist in setting and monitoring sales goals for Sales Associates.
  • Develop and maintain clientele relationships.
  • Participate in merchandise displays and presentations, applying merchandising concepts and guidelines.
  • Train, coach, and manage sales associates in selling skills.
  • Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, and product knowledge.
  • Facilitate effective communication between management and associates.
  • Coordinate sales promotion activities, including seasonal sales and trunk shows.
  • Train the team on optimizing Capture Rate and After Sale to develop personal customer databases.
  • Oversee product and stock management, including transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor.
  • Monitor merchandise pricing and minimize stock losses.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Resolve issues affecting department service, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Secure the store and oversee compliance with security procedures.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in management within a luxury product setting.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong knowledge of the luxury industry with a fashion sensitivity consistent with the brand.

Skills

Initiative and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity. Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills. Ability to maintain presence on the selling floor for extended periods.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in retail, including at least 1 year in a managerial role within a luxury product environment.
