Join Cheval Blanc Randheli in the Maldives as the Director of Food and Beverage, overseeing luxury service operations in a prestigious hospitality setting.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the Maison's Food and Beverage operations, including restaurant and bar service, banquets, catering, and in-room dining.
  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences in line with brand standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the Resident Manager and Director of Culinary to enhance service offerings.
  • Develop and manage budgets and financial plans, analyzing and interpreting financial data to optimize operations.
  • Lead and manage the Food and Beverage team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Relevant degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort.

Skills

Strong knowledge of Food and Beverage service, including banquets, catering, and in-room dining. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strategic thinking ability. Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Experience

A minimum of five years of experience as a Director of Food and Beverage or in a similar capacity within a luxury hotel or resort environment.

Education

Relevant degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Noonu, Noonu Atoll, Maldives.
