Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance to local and international clientele on the full range of Moët & Chandon champagnes.
  • Ensure an exceptional and memorable customer experience in collaboration with colleagues and the sommelier manager.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, conveying the values, heritage, ambitions, and creativity of Moët & Chandon.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat visits.
  • Participate in wine inventories, stock organization, and ensure the upkeep of offices and salons.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP standards.
  • Proactively find solutions and information to prevent client uncertainty.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Skills

Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to diverse clients and situations. Strong commercial acumen with a focus on upselling and cross-selling. In-depth knowledge of champagne and the luxury wine sector. Fluent in English, with proficiency in a third language considered an advantage. Proficient in digital tools and communication methods. Exemplary presentation and communication skills.

Experience

A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role within the luxury wine or hospitality sector is required.
