Join Cheval Blanc Randheli in the Maldives as Chief Public Area & Pool, overseeing luxury public spaces and pools. Located in the pristine Noonu Atoll, this role offers a generous financial package and on-site benefits.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the pristine condition of all public areas and pools accessible to guests.
  • Plan and execute daily tasks with precision, adapting swiftly to operational changes.
  • Anticipate and address guest needs proactively.
  • Lead by example on the floor, ensuring adherence to the Maison’s standards.
  • Guide, train, and support Public Area Ambassadeurs in proper techniques and use of products.
  • Maintain flawless presentation across all surfaces, furniture, and decorative elements.
  • Ensure shared spaces are welcoming, refined, and immaculately prepared.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in public area and pool operations within luxury hotels or resorts.
  • Minimum 5 years in a supervisory or chief role in Public Area or Housekeeping.
  • Solid exposure to outdoor areas, pools, and high guest traffic environments.

Skills

Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and chemical usage. Clear understanding of hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards. Ability to plan schedules and adapt to operational priorities. Competence in training and supervising teams. Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Highly attentive to detail and presentation. Proactive mindset with strong anticipation of guest needs. Calm, organized, and solution-oriented under pressure. Strong sense of ownership and accountability. Respected for teamwork, professionalism, and leadership presence.

Experience

Minimum 5 years in a supervisory or chief role in Public Area or Housekeeping within luxury hotels or resorts.
