Join Veuve Clicquot in Reims, France as a Red Wine Supply Chain Specialist. Oversee vineyard operations and ensure quality standards in a prestigious luxury wine environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the monitoring of partner vineyard plots, ensuring grapes meet the Maison's quality standards.
  • Supervise pre-harvest activities including parcel tours, sanitary state observation, yield estimation, maturity control, and berry tasting.
  • Act as the primary liaison between vineyard partners and the Red Wine Manager, providing weekly reports.
  • Ensure quality control during harvest, coordinating the flow of red grapes from parcel to delivery center and into the red wine winery.
  • Promote the establishment of the new red wine supply chain, representing Veuve Clicquot in external and internal interactions.
  • Propose optimizations for structuring the new supply chain.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Oenology, Agronomy, Viticulture-Oenology, or related fields.
  • Valid driver's license (Category B).

Skills

Comprehensive understanding of the viticulture and winemaking industry. Knowledge in viticulture and oenology. Experience in managing vineyards for red wine production is advantageous. Proficiency in computer tools, particularly Excel. Proactive, rigorous, dynamic, and autonomous. Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
