Join Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin in Reims, France as a Production Management Specialist. This full-time role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in production management.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Structure and lead the planning of production line openings in collaboration with site managers, industrial planning, and human resources.
  • Oversee inter-site flows, external services, and storage management.
  • Manage the Dry Materials and Production Quality Control departments.
  • Coordinate and consolidate budget exercises within the scope of activity.
  • Define annual objectives for team members and adapt missions according to strategic plans.
  • Enhance team safety awareness and implement necessary protective actions.
  • Resolve team issues and define action plans as needed.
  • Ensure synergy between the team and other departments.
  • Coordinate recruitment and development of team members in collaboration with HR.
  • Monitor team payroll and participate in related meetings.
  • Project and plan production line openings with the planning service.
  • Lead meetings on personnel planning based on required skills and line openings.
  • Anticipate and manage temporary recruitment needs with HR.
  • Optimize resource needs considering various parameters.
  • Ensure effective management of wine flows between sites and external partners.
  • Prepare and monitor logistics budgets for transport, storage, and services.
  • Engage with service providers on improvement areas and conduct new logistics projects.
  • Centralize and manage stock and supply of empty containers for production lines.
  • Coordinate budget exercises with the Management Control department.
  • Participate in medium and long-term production planning.
  • Define and track performance indicators.
  • Prepare production volume and line opening schedules.
  • Coordinate Dry Materials and Production Quality Control teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Production Management, Industrial Logistics, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial environments; familiarity with the Champagne industry is a plus.
  • Experience in team management and support.
  • Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams or within matrix environments.
