Moët Hennessy seeks a Legal Intern in Reims, France, to assist in drafting and negotiating business contracts. Ideal for candidates with a Master's in Law and fluency in English.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiating a variety of business contracts, including project management, architectural, service provision, industrial supply, and real estate leases.
- Composing synthesis notes.
- Conducting legal research necessary for contract development.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Construction and Real Estate Law and/or General Private Law.
- Ideally, previous experience in a corporate or law firm setting specializing in construction law.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
