Role & Responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiating a variety of business contracts, including project management, architecture, service provision, industrial supply agreements, and real estate leases.
- Composing concise summary notes.
- Conducting legal research necessary for contract development.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Construction and Real Estate Law and/or General Private Law.
- Ideally, initial experience in a corporate or law firm setting, particularly in construction law.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
