Join Tiffany & Co. in Mexico City as an Executive Assistant. Provide administrative support to the Vice President, Managing Director in a dynamic luxury environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Vice President, Managing Director.
  • Coordinate and plan meetings, conferences, and business travel arrangements.
  • Manage calendar scheduling, including booking conference rooms and arranging necessary preparations.
  • Assist in event planning and logistical preparations for conferences and meetings.
  • Create and compile detailed presentations and documents for leadership meetings.
  • Coordinate contracts and purchase orders with multiple departments.
  • Maintain departmental filing, photocopying, and supply ordering.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned by senior management.
  • Prepare accurate and timely expense reports and reconcile invoices.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of Executive Assistant experience in a C-Suite environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Coupa, ExpenseVisor, and Concur.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and expense management software. Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-Suite executives.

The role is situated in Mexico City, Ciudad de México, Mexico.
