Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert skincare advice and support to customers on the sales floor.
- Embody the Sephora Attitude through welcoming, knowledgeable, and closing interactions.
- Share product knowledge, trends, and beauty news with customers and team members.
- Continuously develop personal expertise and conduct beauty classes.
- Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain and stock merchandise on the sales floor and in the warehouse.
- Operate the cash register and assist with daily business operations.
- Support merchandising updates and conduct inventories.
Qualifications
- Completed training in relevant departments with a minimum training period of 6 months.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in skincare or related departments.
