Role & Responsibilities
- Create impressive customer experiences by tailoring skincare routines to individual needs.
- Share expert knowledge in skincare, showcasing creativity and passion for Sephora's unique brands and products.
- Support store success by maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Contribute to sales goals and share expertise with colleagues.
Qualifications
- Completed education or equivalent experience in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or gastronomy.
- Experience in selling exclusive cosmetic products.
- Excellent communication skills and knowledge of beauty products and trends.
- Passion for 'Clean Beauty' and innovative facial massage techniques.
- Proficiency in English.
