Join RIMOWA in Berlin as a Client Care and Product Repair Specialist. This full-time temporary position offers the chance to work with a leading luxury brand within the LVMH Group.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and perform luggage repairs on-site in the store's dedicated workshop.
  • Utilize the repair management system for organizing repairs and ordering spare parts.
  • Coordinate with the central Client Care Center in Cologne for extensive repairs.
  • Maintain the workshop, including machine and tool upkeep.
  • Assist in sales as needed.

  • Proficiency in craftsmanship and repair work.
  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
  • Interest in high-end products that blend tradition, craftsmanship, and innovative design.
  • Experience in retail or a passion for delivering a luxury customer experience.
