Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure an exceptional luxury customer experience, prioritizing client needs and expectations.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting the Prada Group's philosophy and values.
  • Achieve store sales targets and enhance sales performance both in-store and online.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of products and the brand's history and culture.
  • Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM for personalized client engagement.
  • Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
  • Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to advise customers effectively.
  • Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
  • Handle products with utmost care and respect.
  • Utilize digital tools to provide an integrated luxury experience.
  • Collaborate with the Back of House team to maintain an organized stock room.
  • Adhere to company procedures regarding operations, security, and inventory.
  • Foster a positive working environment through teamwork and communication, embracing diversity and inclusion.

Skills

Passion for building long-lasting relationships with clients and peers Problem-solving skills, curiosity, and interest in luxury/fashion Experience in a luxury or premium retail environment is a plus Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluent spoken English

Experience

Experience in a luxury or premium retail environment is advantageous.
