Join the Prada Group in Paris as a Client Advisor. This role involves maximizing sales and providing exceptional luxury customer experiences. Fluent English required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying and promoting the Prada philosophy and values to clients.
  • Maximize individual and team sales by providing an extraordinary luxury customer experience.
  • Capture and manage customer data in the CRM to foster personalized client relationships and loyalty.
  • Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
  • Engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
  • Address customer complaints effectively, involving management when necessary.
  • Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays, adhering to operational guidelines.
  • Contribute to store security and prevent product thefts.

Skills

Passion for sales and retail environments. Interest in luxury fashion, art, and design. Ability to build long-lasting client relationships. Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ambition, resilience, and a results-driven mindset. Fluency in English, with additional languages being advantageous.

Experience

Experience in luxury retail or a related field, with a proven ability to build client relationships and achieve sales targets.
