Officine Panerai seeks a Marketing Manager in Mexico City to oversee marketing operations, including PR, media, and events. Join a leader in luxury watchmaking.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement the annual marketing and communications plan in alignment with global and regional guidelines.
  • Adapt international campaigns to the local market across various channels including OOH, digital, PR, retail, and events.
  • Coordinate local content productions, photo shoots, and creative assets for media and brand affiliates.
  • Manage relationships with PR agencies, media partners, and communication vendors.
  • Strategically plan and oversee the A&P budget, ensuring compliance with Richemont's financial and approval processes.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key media across luxury, lifestyle, watchmaking, and business segments.
  • Oversee editorial collaborations, interviews, and media partnerships.
  • Monitor brand performance across press and social media, providing monthly EMV and ROI reports.
  • Organize press events, product launches, and media briefings featuring local or international spokespeople.
  • Plan and execute a minimum of six activations per month, including retail events, client experiences, watchmaking workshops, and product presentations.
  • Lead the concept, design, production, and execution of institutional and commercial events.
  • Supervise suppliers, creative direction, venue management, and on-site operations.
  • Align every activation with HQ guidelines, ensuring luxury standards and consistent brand storytelling.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and contracts with precision and accountability.
  • Develop and implement actions that drive traffic and conversion in boutiques and retail partners.
  • Support CRM and clienteling initiatives in coordination with the commercial team.
  • Serve as a liaison between the local market, regional team, and HQ to maintain alignment in messaging and aesthetics.
  • Consolidate monthly reports across marketing, PR, competition, and retail performance.
  • Track KPIs for activations, media coverage, and ROI, ensuring continuous optimization.
  • Support the definition of annual KPIs and the FY strategic planning for Mexico.
  • Present performance updates to the HQ Marketing teams.
