Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of receivables, identifying risks and opportunities promptly.
  • Define and implement strategies with the Commercial team to optimize DSO and minimize overdue debt.
  • Prepare and deliver credit performance reports to Headquarters in France, highlighting results and risks of key customers.
  • Lead monthly internal meetings to present receivables performance and establish client-specific action plans.
  • Supervise treasury operations, including Accounts Payable, banking relationships, internal debt management, and daily investment activities.
  • Oversee and coach the Treasury Analyst, ensuring compliance with policies and efficient task execution.
  • Contribute to liquidity management strategies to ensure financial stability and alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Prepare, report, and project Direct and Indirect Cash Flow, ensuring accuracy for decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in Credit Management, Treasury, or similar financial roles.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, cash flow analysis, and receivables management.
  • Advanced English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.

Skills

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Solid knowledge of credit risk management and treasury processes. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills across different levels. Leadership capabilities to supervise and develop team members. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred). Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in Credit Management, Treasury, or similar financial roles.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

This position is based in Mexico City, Ciudad de México, Mexico.
