Join Moët & Chandon in Épernay, France, as a Quality Oenology Intern. Gain experience in risk analysis and document management within the luxury wine and spirits industry.
Role & Responsibilities
- Revise risk analysis for the iMH, incorporating the Ruinart cellar.
- Enhance risk analysis based on recorded incidents.
- Update control measures and propose improvements, leading the action plan.
- Update engagement documents for external winemaking service providers, ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining a positive list of oenological products.
- Update operational procedures and integrate them into the Document Management System.
- Conduct waste sorting audits and perform accidental spill tests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree +4/5 in Engineering or a Master's degree in a related field.
