Join Moët & Chandon in Épernay, France, as a Quality Oenology Intern. Gain experience in risk analysis and document management within the luxury wine and spirits industry.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Revise risk analysis for the iMH, incorporating the Ruinart cellar.
  • Enhance risk analysis based on recorded incidents.
  • Update control measures and propose improvements, leading the action plan.
  • Update engagement documents for external winemaking service providers, ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining a positive list of oenological products.
  • Update operational procedures and integrate them into the Document Management System.
  • Conduct waste sorting audits and perform accidental spill tests.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree +4/5 in Engineering or a Master's degree in a related field.

Skills

Expertise in agro-food industry. Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with a strong interest in software applications. Valid driver's license (Category B).

Experience

Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or individuals with limited professional experience.

Education

Bachelor's degree +4/5 in Engineering or a Master's degree in a related field.
