Join Veuve Clicquot in Reims as a Recruitment and HR Development Officer. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading luxury brand in the Champagne industry.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the temporary staff pool for the production site, including production, cellars, and maintenance personnel.
- Conduct sourcing and pre-selection of candidates.
- Organize and conduct recruitment interviews and tests.
- Ensure proper onboarding and administrative processing for new temporary hires in production and cellars.
- Handle negative responses to candidates.
- Monitor the temporary staff pool in collaboration with workshop managers.
- Implement testing procedures and create a welcome booklet for temporary staff.
- Maintain relationships with educational institutions.
- Manage an annual volume of 55 full-time equivalent temporary contracts for production and 10 for cellars.
- Oversee the annual and professional interview process for the Development team.
- Manage recruitment indicators for the Development team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in labor law, including contract management.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software.
