Join LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics in Mexico City as an HR Compensation and Benefits Manager. This full-time role requires strategic leadership and financial expertise in a hybrid work setting.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and administer strategic compensation programs, including salaries, incentives, bonuses, and commissions, to attract and retain talent.
  • Ensure compensation programs align with company strategy and market competitiveness, proposing improvements as needed.
  • Develop and tailor compensation programs for various roles and hierarchical levels within the organization.
  • Manage salary review processes in accordance with policies and budgets.
  • Participate in salary surveys, analyze results, and conduct benchmarking to enhance program competitiveness.
  • Define and implement a benefits strategy aligned with company and employee needs, considering market trends.
  • Oversee efficient and quality administration of benefits, evaluating satisfaction and implementing continuous improvements.
  • Effectively communicate benefits to employees.
  • Serve as a compensation expert, providing advice and support to HR Business Partners and management in strategic decision-making.
  • Manage HR budgets and payroll by brand, ensuring financial compliance and accurate cost allocation.
  • Lead brand-specific budget planning, develop financial models, and monitor to ensure objective achievement.
  • Analyze financial data by brand, generate reports for decision-making, and optimize human capital investment.
  • Establish internal controls, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in audits.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement globally and by brand.
  • Participate in annual HR budget preparation in collaboration with department leaders and the Finance team.
  • Supervise and control the HR department budget, ensuring financial objectives are met.
  • Lead salary cost planning and budgeting by brand, developing financial models with brand controllers and monitoring to ensure objective achievement.
  • Generate decision-making reports.
  • Utilize data analysis tools to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities in human capital management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years in compensation, financial control, or budgeting (retail experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of labor laws, compensation, benefits, and finance.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
  • Familiarity with salary survey methodologies.
  • Additional courses in compensation and benefits preferred.
  • Advanced English proficiency.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field (MBA preferred).
