Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute the internal communication strategy, including the creation and distribution of newsletters and content for the new internal platform.
  • Define tone, narrative, and cohesion across all communication channels.
  • Support the planning and execution of cross-brand activities such as masterclasses, team connection sessions, and events that strengthen shared culture.
  • Assist in Ethics & Compliance initiatives, ensuring their dissemination and correct adoption.
  • Coordinate and execute key Diversity & Inclusion activities throughout the year, including Women's Month, Pride, and Diversity Week.
  • Support the implementation of inclusive hiring strategies, including recruitment initiatives for individuals with disabilities.
  • Monitor KPIs for participation and effectiveness in diversity and inclusion programs.

Skills

Creativity and visual design capability. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and message consistency. Passion for diversity, inclusion, and wellness. Proactivity, initiative, and enthusiasm for promoting organizational culture.

Experience

Beginner level experience is required.
