Join LVMH Fragrance Brands in Mexico City as a Retail Manager. Lead sales strategies and supervise a dynamic team in the luxury perfumes and cosmetics industry.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise the retail team to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Define line objectives to secure projected growth rankings and market share by retailer and location.
  • Achieve monthly sell-out quotas for each point of sale in the designated area.
  • Develop commercial strategies at the point of sale to suggest options for maintaining business viability.
  • Oversee sales and marketing/trade marketing activities to ensure sales objectives are achieved.
  • Effectively resolve issues related to Beauty Consultants (BCs) and points of sale to ensure goal attainment.
  • Recruit and select BCs to ensure a competent team that meets objectives on time.
  • Maintain and achieve the turnover percentage and career plan for the retail team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Ability to anticipate sales requirements and market and brand needs.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
