Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive and achieve individual and team sales objectives, ensuring accountability for results.
  • Provide exceptional client experiences through premium customer service and expert product knowledge.
  • Identify and fulfill client needs, guiding them across the brand's offerings.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to enhance loyalty to Louis Vuitton.
  • Proactively engage with clients to meet individual and team goals.
  • Collaborate effectively as a team player to contribute to store objectives.
  • Continuously learn and master brand and product knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field.

Skills

Excellent communication skills with a pleasant disposition. Strong enthusiasm for learning and a passion for Louis Vuitton products and fashion. Adaptability and quick learning ability with a client-centric mindset. Professional attitude with curiosity and empathy, challenging oneself and the team to deliver excellence.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field is preferred.
