Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team to cultivate strong client relationships and attract new clients in the Watches & Jewelry category.
- Proactively drive the achievement of sales targets, with a focus on the Watches & Jewelry sector.
- Ensure the highest standards of client experience are consistently delivered.
- Oversee efficient management of the sales floor.
- Coach and develop team members, inspiring them to achieve excellence.
Qualifications
- Extensive managerial experience in the luxury retail sector or with watches & jewelry brands.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English.
- GIA certification is preferable.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in luxury retail or watches & jewelry brands.
Workplace
This position is based in Taipei, Taipei, Taiwan.
