Join Kering Eyewear in Hong Kong as a Senior Project Executive - Retail Fixture and Visual Merchandising Designer. Lead design and implementation for luxury brands.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the design and implementation of visual merchandising and retail fixtures, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and brand image.
  • Manage retail fixture materials, including retail space customizations, pop-up stores, and trade marketing tools, ensuring timely and efficient implementation.
  • Coordinate the conception, development, and follow-up of projects, ensuring timely delivery and installation of visual merchandising displays and retail fixtures.
  • Liaise with internal teams for concept validation and approval, and with external suppliers for design, engineering, production, and installation.
  • Collaborate with clients' technical teams for concept approval and ensure project delivery within time and budget constraints.
  • Adopt and implement visual merchandising guidelines provided by headquarters, creating design drawings for various points of sale and retail fixtures.
  • Coordinate trade fairs and channel events, including site surveys, concept design, production, installation, and dismantling.
  • Provide renderings and designs for special projects as required by different regions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in 3D retail fixture design and project management within the fashion-related cosmetic or FMCG industry.
  • Degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related discipline.
  • Experience in managing travel retail projects is highly preferred.

Skills

Excellent time management and organizational skills. Flexibility in working with globally distributed teams across different time zones. Proficiency in English and Chinese, both written and oral. Strong project management skills. Familiarity with computer design software, including PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch Up, Vray for Sketch Up, and AutoCAD.

Experience

A minimum of 4 years in 3D retail fixture design and project management, preferably within the fashion-related cosmetic or FMCG industry.

Education

Degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related discipline.
