Role & Responsibilities
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the 3O’s brand portfolio, sales processes, and the three-tier system within the eyewear sector.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships through customer visits and value-added solutions.
- Participate in industry events and organize trunk shows for high-volume accounts.
- Enhance brand visibility and presence at points of sale by collaborating with the Trade Marketing team on pop allocation, product merchandising, and other in-store marketing activities.
- Utilize technology to leverage data for sales development.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses, including sales data, trends, competitor activities, and business results, and prepare general reports.
- Provide support to the sales organization for ad hoc requests.
Qualifications
- Current senior or recent graduate with a degree in Sales, Business Management, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish or Italian is advantageous.
- Availability to travel and relocate within the United States if required.
Skills
Experience
No prior experience is required, though familiarity with CRM or SAP systems is appreciated.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Management, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.

Salary Range: $21-23 per hour.
