Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve net sales targets for assigned territory, focusing on opticians, optometrists, and ophthalmologists.
  • Maintain and expand brand distribution while preserving brand identity.
  • Foster long-term partnerships with clients to maximize sell-through.
  • Develop a balanced brand sales portfolio.
  • Present and enhance sell-in sales of optical frames and sunglasses.
  • Collaborate with clients to optimize sell-through sales via visibility and trade marketing programs.
  • Conduct in-store training to boost sales.
  • Provide timely and precise reporting.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of increasing sales and expanding distribution among wholesale clients.
  • Established strong customer relationships based on service and trust.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods sectors.
  • Availability to travel up to 90% of the time for client visits.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Luxury approach and standing. Strong relationship-building abilities.

Experience

Experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods environments is required.

Education

University degree or equivalent experience.

The successful candidate will be located in Los Angeles, California, USA, with easy access to Los Angeles.

Compensation

Salary range approximately $140,000 - $160,000 USD, with direct commissions on net sales.
