Role & Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain regular marketing performance, budgeting, and market intelligence reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Formwork, BPC, and SAP.
  • Support the improvement of efficiency by implementing automated reporting processes across functions.
  • Provide daily support to marketing teams by conducting ad hoc analysis, reviewing invoices, supervising purchase requisition flow, and tracking capital expenditure.
  • Align daily with the finance team to analyze financial data, provide financial guidance, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling tools to optimize resource utilization.
  • Assist in managing integrations related to mergers, acquisitions, or new system implementations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Finance
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, such as Junior Controller or Financial Analyst, with specific experience in financial integrations and/or ERP systems.
  • Experience in P&L management and knowledge of financial systems and general accounting concepts.

Strong organizational skills Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail Ability to work in a dynamic and demanding environment Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) Experience with SAP integration is a plus

Experience

A minimum of 2 years in a similar role, with a focus on financial integrations and ERP systems.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Finance
