Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute automated Account Receivables dunning processes.
  • Maintain and update Credit Master Data.
  • Assist in managing accounts payable functions.
  • Communicate with customers via phone or email to arrange debt repayment schedules.
  • Reconcile customer accounts accurately.
  • Support general accounting operations using SAP.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, company secretarial, and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain records to meet auditor and government agency requirements.
  • Undertake specific assignments as required.

Qualifications

  • Secondary school or university degree in Economics.

Skills

Proficiency in Excel. Strong interpersonal abilities. Motivated team player with a positive outlook. Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Ability to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Experience

No specific experience required, ideal for recent graduates or current students in a related field.

Education

Secondary school or university degree in Economics.
