Capri Holdings seeks a Temporary Sales Associate in Miami, FL — part-time retail role delivering client service and sales in a luxury fashion environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, deliver attentive service and actively sell merchandise; complete sales transactions, exchanges, refunds and adjustments accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, product features, fashion trends and store inventory to advise clients effectively.
- Support visual merchandising standards and housekeeping objectives to uphold the brand presentation on the sales floor.
- Replenish stock and facilitate product flow from the stockroom to the sales floor; assist with ticketing, pricing and paperwork reconciliation against received items.
- Adhere to loss prevention and safety protocols; escalate and brief management immediately in the event of a security or loss-prevention situation.
- Provide training and support to new sales associates on a fill-in basis and report operational issues to the Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills with a polished, client-facing manner.
- Basic numeracy and cash-handling competency; comfortable processing POS transactions and returns.
- Familiarity with retail operations including visual merchandising, stock replenishment and inventory control.
- Working knowledge of loss-prevention and safety procedures applicable to retail environments.
- Ability to work a flexible, part-time schedule, including weekends and peak trading periods.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or customer-service experience is preferred; prior experience in luxury or premium retail is advantageous but not mandatory. Temporary or seasonal retail experience is considered a plus.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in retail/visual merchandising are advantageous but not required.
