Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough quality inspections of watch components and finished products.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality benchmarks.
  • Document and report any defects or discrepancies found during inspections.
  • Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in quality control, preferably within the watchmaking or luxury goods sector.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with quality control methodologies and tools.

Skills

Excellent observational and analytical skills. Proficiency in quality control software and tools. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control, ideally within the watchmaking or luxury goods industry.

Education

A degree or certification in quality management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Biel/Bienne, Bern, Switzerland.
