Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout their shopping experience.
  • Drive sales by promoting products and services effectively.
  • Handle transactions and manage the checkout process.
  • Oversee the sales floor, including merchandising, stock replenishment, and maintaining the presentation of the store.
  • Ensure customer loyalty through personalized service and relationship building.

Skills

Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills. Proficiency in one or more foreign languages. Ability to build trustful relationships with customers and provide tailored solutions. Adaptability and agility in learning new situations.

Experience

Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
