Christian Dior Couture is seeking a Boutique Supervisor in Manila, Philippines. Join a leading luxury brand and oversee daily operations, sales, and customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations within the team, including briefings and team building activities.
- Manage the integration of new employees and assist in assigning responsibilities.
- Conduct product training for sales staff.
- Share ideas and follow up on tasks delegated by the manager.
- Enhance synergies with other boutiques.
- Achieve sales targets by mastering selling techniques and product knowledge.
- Contribute to the global team performance as a role model.
- Motivate the sales team through regular meetings and updates.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, welcoming clients and identifying their expectations.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain client relationships.
- Organize and contribute to stock management and handle payments when necessary.
- Maintain the store's image and selling space.
Qualifications
- Diploma or university degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years at a supervisory level in the luxury retail industry.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 5 years in a relevant role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity within the luxury retail sector.
Education
Diploma or university degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related discipline.

This position is based in Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines.
