Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee a specific station within the pastry department, ensuring the quality of all preparations.
- Execute recipes in accordance with the Maison's standards, maintaining impeccable execution.
- Supervise team members within the station, imparting knowledge and ensuring optimal organization of the work environment.
- Collaborate closely with the Head Pastry Chef and Sous-Chef to deliver refined and consistent pastry offerings.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Pastry Arts (CAP/BEP or Bac Pro Pâtisserie)
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of significant experience in high-end or gourmet dining establishments is required.
Education
CAP/BEP or Bac Pro Pâtisserie

This position is based in Saint Barthélemy, Saint Barthélemy, France.
