LVMH Hotel Management in Paris seeks a Legal Intern specializing in Contract and Commercial Law for a full-time internship. Join the luxury hospitality sector with Cheval Blanc.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research.
  • Draft synthesis notes and legal watch reports.
  • Assist in the negotiation, drafting, and review of contracts, including service agreements, commercial contracts, leases, and hotel management contracts.
  • Support in pre-litigation management, including client claims and formal notices, and contribute to the drafting of guides and procedures.
  • Perform general administrative tasks related to the management of the Cheval Blanc portfolio, including preparation for closings and corporate follow-up.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Law with a specialization in General Private Law or Business Law.
  • Previous experience in a corporate or law firm setting is preferred.

Skills

Proficiency in written and spoken English. Strong writing skills. Open-mindedness and the ability to engage with diverse topics. Attention to detail, analytical and synthesis skills. Ability to integrate into a team environment.

Experience

Beginner level experience is acceptable, though prior exposure in a corporate or legal firm is advantageous.

Education

Master's degree in Law, specializing in General Private Law or Business Law.
