Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure impeccable cleaning and maintenance of rooms and suites, transforming them into havens of luxury and comfort.
  • Adhere to Palace quality standards in all housekeeping tasks.
  • Anticipate guest needs by observing their preferences and communicating these to the housekeeping management team for personalized service.
  • Maintain the functionality of all room equipment and report any issues promptly.
  • Provide discreet and attentive service to ensure a memorable stay for guests.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality.
  • Proficiency in spoken English.
