Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide warm, friendly, and personalized service to all guests, ensuring adherence to the Maison's service standards.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering efficient and courteous service.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of luxury service standards and consistently exceed guest expectations.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of significant experience in a hotel environment.

Skills

Excellent knowledge of property management software such as Opera and Material Control. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong command of English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous. Exceptional customer service skills.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field is required.

Education

Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
