Join Cheval Blanc St-Tropez as Director of Reservations and Yield Management. Located in the heart of Provence-Alpes-Côte-d'Azur, France, this role offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a prestigious luxury hotel.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Reservations team, ensuring optimal hotel occupancy and adherence to established pricing strategies.
  • Manage reservation requests, providing tailored responses and upselling opportunities to meet client needs.
  • Ensure the reliability and quality of reservations, contributing to customer loyalty.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments, including Accommodation, Spa, and Dining, to ensure seamless service.
  • Guarantee exceptional service quality during telephone interactions and throughout the sales process.
  • Develop, implement, and update service standards for reservations.
  • Monitor deposit collections and optimize room occupancy based on hotel capacity and seasonal demand.
  • Analyze customer statistics and business trends to inform yield management strategies.
  • Update pricing, availability, and restrictions in the PMS and across distribution channels, communicating changes to all teams.
  • Contribute to the hotel's commercial strategy and conduct competitive analysis to inform pricing policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality sector.
  • Proven track record in reservations and yield management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Skills

Expertise in yield management and pricing strategies. Proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality sector.

The successful candidate will be located in Saint-Tropez, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, France.
