Role & Responsibilities

  • Elevate the guest experience by ensuring all housekeeping duties are performed to the highest hotel standards.
  • Lead daily housekeeping activities, ensuring every Ambassador consistently delivers exceptional service.
  • Analyze key data to prepare reports and budgets, driving efficient operations and resource allocation.
  • Guarantee every occupied room is impeccably cleaned and prepared daily, exceeding guest expectations.
  • Maintain exceptional standards by implementing a rigorous daily inspection program for guest rooms, back of house, and public areas.
  • Manage Private Bar inventory, ensuring amenities are consistently stocked for guest convenience.
  • Develop and manage the department's annual budget in collaboration with Finance, aligning with the overall business strategy.
  • Implement strict cost control measures to achieve financial targets, maximizing profitability and resource efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with purchasing and store requisition procedures, maintaining strong vendor relationships and supply chain effectiveness.
  • Guarantee the availability of all necessary resources and materials through proactive par stock management, in partnership with Purchasing and Stores.
  • Actively build a strong team culture by participating in HR events, recruiting top talent, and seamlessly integrating new Ambassadors to uphold service standards.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development to design and deliver impactful training programs that enhance skills and ensure operational excellence.
  • Empower Ambassadors by setting clear goals, providing regular performance appraisals, and offering constructive feedback for professional growth.
  • Cultivate a positive and supportive work environment by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering open communication through an open-door policy.
  • Represent the Maison with excellence through impeccable grooming and adherence to CB Living standards.
  • Ensure operational efficiency and safety by consistently following Ambassador Handbook guidelines, departmental policies, and emergency procedures.
  • Connect with the Maison's purpose by developing a deep understanding and embodiment of the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
  • Elevate the guest experience by professionally resolving complaints, adhering to Maison policies, and exceeding expectations.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Knowledgeable in hospitality software such as Opera Cloud, Unifocus, and Material Control. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry is required.

This position is based in Porto Cervo, Sardinia, Italy.

Compensation

Basic salary dependent on experience, accommodation provided, and performance-based bonus.
