Join Cheval Blanc in Mahé, Seychelles as a Director of Food and Beverage. Oversee luxury F&B operations in a prestigious hotel setting.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of Food and Beverage operations, including restaurant, bar service, banquets, catering, and in-room dining.
  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
  • Manage financial aspects including budgeting and financial planning.
  • Lead and develop the Food and Beverage team.
  • Collaborate with the Resident Manager to align operations with the Maison's standards.

Qualifications

  • Relevant degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort.
  • Strong knowledge of Food and Beverage service operations.

Skills

Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in financial management and data analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

Experience

A minimum of five years in a Director of Food and Beverage role or similar within a luxury hotel or resort.

Education

Relevant degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
