Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily bar operations under the guidance of the Head Bartender.
  • Ensure optimal guest satisfaction throughout service.
  • Aid in the setup and maintenance of bar equipment and inventory management.
  • Support the team in delivering high-quality service and adhering to established standards.
  • Participate in stock management and operational material handling.
  • Contribute to the bar's cleanliness and maintenance of equipment.
  • Uphold safety and hygiene regulations, including beverage legislation.
  • Communicate effectively within the team and report any unusual situations to management.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or completed training in Hospitality/Restaurant Management.
  • Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
  • Familiarity with luxury hospitality or fine dining environments.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal skills and strong representational potential. Passion for the bar and restaurant industry. Exceptional customer service and hospitality skills. Attention to detail, organization, and precision. Flexibility and adaptability. Team-oriented mindset. Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Experience

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.

Education

Currently enrolled in or completed a program in Hospitality/Restaurant Management.
