Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a brand ambassador by maintaining Chanel's fashion-forward and professional image.
  • Adhere to uniform and grooming standards, setting an example for fellow employees.
  • Engage with clients professionally and confidentially, upholding Chanel's image and standards.
  • Ensure the skincare area is clean, organized, hygienic, and professional.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of the brand and its products.
  • Continuously learn and master professional techniques and knowledge, staying abreast of skincare market trends.
  • Provide personalized skincare consultations and services to meet clients' needs.
  • Share skincare trends and techniques with clients, educating and inspiring them to enhance their experience with Chanel skincare products.
  • Encourage clients to return for services and effectively manage service time.
  • Participate in skincare seminars and demonstrate brand expertise.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a Level B Beautician License is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of skincare and related sales experience.
  • Professional skincare and massage techniques.
  • Passion and enthusiasm for beauty and skincare.
  • Basic makeup skills.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in skincare and related sales experience is required.
