Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition operational strategy tailored to the market's unique needs.
- Oversee and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Provide guidance and support to the Talent Acquisition Executive to ensure operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify key talent pools and emerging industry trends.
- Establish strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to align recruitment efforts.
- Utilize data analytics to track recruitment metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
- Champion diversity and inclusion throughout the talent acquisition process.
- Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and manage vendor relationships.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (8+ years) in talent acquisition, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
- Experience leading and managing a team of talent acquisition professionals.
- Strong understanding of luxury retail market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics.
- Familiarity with Workday.
