Role & Responsibilities

  • Create a unique and memorable experience for each client at every point of sale.
  • Inspire clients and contribute to the brand's image while maintaining market leadership.
  • Provide beauty consultations and understand client needs to offer solutions using product knowledge.
  • Ensure exceptional point-of-sale experiences.
  • Achieve sales targets and commercial indicators.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role with extensive knowledge of fragrances.
  • Experience in the luxury industry.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, technology, and digital trends.
  • Understanding of expense verification.

Strong sales skills focused on objectives. Organized, agile, and collaborative work style. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Flexibility to learn and develop continuously. Results-oriented with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit. Initiative and creativity. Ability to travel within Mexico City and the interior of the Republic. Storytelling capability to engage and inspire clients. Knowledge of beauty trends.

Experience

At least 2 years in a customer service role within the luxury fragrance sector.

This position is based in Naucalpan de Juárez, State of Mexico, Mexico, within easy reach of Mexico City.

Compensation

Base salary plus variable compensation.
