Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Chanel brand ambassador, embodying the values and ethos of the brand.
  • Utilize extensive knowledge of Chanel's heritage and modern innovations to engage and educate clients.
  • Create bespoke client experiences, tailoring each interaction to the individual needs and preferences of the client.
  • Embrace and integrate digital shopping trends to provide a seamless omni-channel experience.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop their personal style, offering expert advice and proposing alterations as needed.
  • Effectively manage client service complaints and requests, adhering to established guidelines.
  • Contribute to business growth by achieving sales targets and enhancing client retention and recruitment.
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and visually appealing work environment in accordance with visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, sharing best practices and contributing to collective knowledge and skills.
  • Participate in stock replenishment and inventory management.

Qualifications

  • Experience in luxury retail is mandatory.
  • Proven selling skills with a focus on ready-to-wear fashion.
  • Styling expertise and the ability to create complete looks.
