Chanel is hiring a Beauty Advisor in Strasbourg — fixed‑term retail role delivering luxury beauty consultations and sales for Chanel Beauty.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product demonstrations that reflect Chanel’s luxury service standards.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive client acquisition, retention and up‑selling.
  • Develop and maintain a clientelling portfolio, manage bookings and follow up to cultivate long‑term relationships.
  • Ensure immaculate presentation of the beauty area through adherence to brand visual merchandising and product replenishment standards.
  • Operate the point‑of‑sale system, process transactions and manage stock movements according to company procedures.
  • Participate in product training, brand initiatives and in‑store promotional events.

Qualifications

  • Professional diploma or certificate in cosmetology, aesthetics or a related discipline preferred.
  • Fluent, confident communicator with polished interpersonal skills appropriate for luxury retail.
  • Strong commercial orientation with demonstrable ability to meet sales targets.
  • Attention to detail, discretion and commitment to delivering a premium client experience.

Skills

Make‑up application and colour matching Skincare consultation and product knowledge Clienteling and relationship management Visual merchandising for beauty displays Point‑of‑sale (POS) operations and basic cash handling Inventory control and stock rotation

Experience

Preferably 1–3 years of retail experience within cosmetics, beauty or luxury fashion; prior experience in a luxury or prestige beauty environment is advantageous.

Education

Diploma in cosmetology/aesthetics or equivalent professional qualification preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Strasbourg, Grand Est, France.
