Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients to the store, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to sales growth and achievement of sales objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and advice.
  • Share product stories and expertise with customers.
  • Propose complementary products proactively.
  • Build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
  • Participate in store operations including visual merchandising, restocking, and inventory management.
  • Adhere to internal procedures and guidelines.
  • Support the digital evolution of the brand.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, embodying CELINE's spirit and excellence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the fashion or luxury sector.

Skills

High sensitivity and knowledge of products and fashion. Ability to understand and exceed customer needs. Team spirit and a taste for challenges. Strong sense of service, curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy. Fluency in German and English; a third language is advantageous.

Experience

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion or luxury industry.
