Join Bulgari in Shanghai as a Logistics Specialist, overseeing E-commerce operations and ensuring excellence in logistics services. A role within the prestigious LVMH group.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise warehouse and transportation operations through third-party logistics (3PL) and carriers, ensuring adherence to E-commerce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitor daily E-commerce order fulfillment rates, maintaining high packing standards.
  • Serve as a liaison between Bulgari China and the warehouse team, ensuring all requirements are communicated to 3PL.
  • Oversee E-commerce quality inspections to ensure optimal client satisfaction.
  • Monitor E-commerce stock levels and collaborate with the E-commerce and planning teams to address stock shortages or excess inventory.
  • Develop manpower and resource plans according to E-commerce workload, particularly during key campaign periods.
  • Address complaints from various sources and develop action plans with 3PL.
  • Monitor Sales Supporting Material (SSM) stock levels and establish demand plans for SSM procurement.
  • Analyze logistics costs related to E-commerce transportation and operations to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Track shipment status of all E-commerce parcels with transportation carriers.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports with 3PL and logistics carriers to monitor KPI fulfillment rates.
  • Coordinate with the IT team to ensure the effectiveness of SAP, WMS, and OMS systems.
  • Conduct routine stock report checks from SAP, WMS, and OMS, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Respond promptly to stakeholder requests and support commercial ad-hoc requirements.
  • Lead and support logistics projects and developments related to E-commerce.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field.

Skills

Fluency in English, both oral and written. Strong knowledge of SAP and advanced Excel skills. Expertise in technical regulations related to logistics and E-commerce. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong presentation skills and logical thinking.

Experience

A minimum of three years of experience in logistics and/or E-commerce within a foreign-invested company, preferably in the luxury retail industry.

Education

Bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field.
