Join Bulgari in Shanghai as a Commercial & Retail Vice President, leading commercial strategies in China. Requires 10+ years experience, fluency in English and Chinese.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies for retail, franchisee, and wholesale channels in China, ensuring alignment with company guidelines and objectives.
  • Lead store expansion initiatives, including planning, location evaluation, and coordination with relevant departments.
  • Monitor and enhance the performance of existing stores through market analysis, cost efficiency measures, and strategic commercial actions.
  • Drive sales promotion activities and manage stock levels to optimize sales performance.
  • Oversee store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and continuous improvement in service quality.
  • Define and implement commercial strategies for franchisee and wholesale channels, focusing on network composition and client management.
  • Foster talent development within the retail team, promoting a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese.
