Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve targets by providing exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of Blancpain's product line and brand heritage.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a personalized shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize store performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory and ensure the visual merchandising standards are upheld.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales, preferably within the watch industry.
- Strong understanding of high-end customer service and clienteling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail sales, with a focus on high-end watches or jewelry.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
