Role & Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to provide exceptional customer service and expert advice on luxury timepieces.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive client outreach and relationship building.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Blancpain products and the luxury watch market.
- Assist in the planning and execution of in-store events and promotions.
- Ensure the boutique is impeccably presented and stocked with the latest collections.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales, preferably in the watch or jewelry industry.
- Strong understanding of the luxury market and high-end clientele.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail sales is required, with a preference for candidates with a background in watches or jewelry.
Education
A degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
